Weight loss has been a very popular topic and has prompted questions on nutrition and what nutrients to eat to help combat the growing concern.
I personally have lost a significant amount of weight. I have had high blood pressure, cholesterol, headaches, allergies and exercised-induced asthma.
I was young and even thought I was healthy and was taking all the correct steps to manage my health properly.
