Zimbabwe is in arrears on most of its external official debt. Lack of balance of payments and budget support has hampered economic growth prospects.
This Monetary Policy Statement is issued in terms of Section 46 of the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe Act [Chapter 22:15].
