Group G,H qualifying permutations

JOHANNESBURG — World Cup Group G and H qualifying permutations ahead of the final matches today.
Brazil are already certain to go through and will top the group if they beat or draw with Portugal in Durban.
Portugal would top the group themselves with a win and would go through with a draw— and even a defeat should not cost them.
The Ivory Coast need to turn round a nine-goal deficit, which looks highly unlikely. North Korea are already beyond hope.
Group H is complicated as three teams could all finish with six points. Chile have six already but need to draw with Spain to be sure of reaching the second round.
Any win will do for Spain. A two-goal win over Honduras would ensure Switzerland’s qualification and a draw would be enough if Spain lose.
If both matches are draws, Chile and Spain go through. Honduras have a faint chance. If they beat Switzerland and Spain lose to Chile, they could go through on goal difference but they have to overturn a four-goal deficit on Spain. —Reuters
