Tanganda finance boss Nemaire steps down after 25 years of service

In a notice to shareholders, the company said Nemaire had resigned from his position to pursue other opportunities.

HARARE,Jul.08 (NewsDay Live)-Listed tea producer Tanganda Tea Company Limited has announced the resignation of its finance director, Henry Nemaire, after 25 years with the company.

In a notice to shareholders, the company said Nemaire had resigned from his position to pursue other opportunities.

“The board of directors wishes to advise shareholders that the finance director, Mr. Henry Nemaire, resigned from the company and the board with effect from 30 June 2026 to pursue other opportunities,” the company said.

 

Nemaire joined the tea producer in 2000 as chief internal auditor before being appointed finance director in 2010, a position he held until his resignation.

 

“The company extends its appreciation to Henry for his dedicated service, commitment and valuable contribution over the course of his tenure and wishes him every success in his future endeavours,” the board said in a notice to shareholders.
