HARARE based entrepreneur Raymond Mutadza this week hosted sixteen Zimbabwean ambassadors at one of his establishments in Helenvale, Borrowdale yesterday to showcase his business.

Mutadza purchased the property in Helensvale and turned it into a recreational and business center called (Box Park), with shops that he rents out, restaurant, car wash and VIP business lounge.

He said he invited ambassadors to showcase the potential of the project for any future investment.

“Ambassadors have access to foreign investors so I invited them for a luncheon so they can see what we are doing. Usually foreign investors have a negative mindset when it comes to Zimbabwe. They think when you invest in Zimbabwe you don’t get your money back but that is not the issue.

“I decided to convert containers into shops which is a modern way of construction even in countries like Australia and the United Kingdom. I got this idea from countries I visited and l decided to bring the idea home,” Mutadza said.

He added that the place took him eight weeks to construct and has been a lucrative business giving him a huge turnover.

Mutadza partnered with CBZ Holdings bank in hosting the ambassadors.
