Agric sector grows to US$10bn on better rains
Finance, Economic Development, and Investment Promotion minister Mthuli Ncube says the agriculture sector grew by 73,9% to a US$10,3 billion industry in 2025, attributed to better rainfall patterns

THE country’s agricultural sector is projected to grow by 4% this year, before it accelerates to 8,2% in 2024 on the back of a normal to above normal rainfall forecast.
