Friday was a night of healing, deliverance and powerful worship as the Everywhere Tour concert, featuring internationally-acclaimed American gospel singers Naomi Raine and Todd Galberth, lit up the Harare International Conference Centre.
Renowned gospel singer Phil Thompson made a surprise appearance as a guest minister.
The spiritually uplifting event featured performances by Zimbabwean gospel ministers, including pastors Ellard and Sharon Cherayi, Unveiled and Janet Manyowa, who set the tone for the evening through song and dance in a vibrant call to worship.
Raine and Galberth last performed in Zimbabwe in 2025 as part of the tour by Maverick City Music.
Speaking to NewsDay Life & Style after the ministry session, celebrated Zimbabwean gospel singer Tembalami described the Everywhere Tour concert as one of the most impactful gospel shows to grace the country.
“This will be rated among the best gospel music shows. It carried powerful teachings and transforming knowledge that touched many lives,” he said.
Event director Lyncolin Kapswara of Events by GEC described the concert as a spiritually fruitful gathering that inspired worshippers.
“We are excited and thrilled to host these concerts. We count it as an honour and privilege. This time it was Naomi Raine and Todd Galberth,” Kapswara said.

“Phil Thompson decided to gatecrash the party, which made it even more exciting. Our host Thandekiso Rorisang was brilliant, from the announcements to guiding people in worship.
“It was a powerful night of worship with spiritually uplifting performances. Zimbabweans came in their numbers and we hope to continue hosting such events in the future.”
Following the successful Harare concert, the trio proceeded with the tour to Johannesburg and Cape Town in South Africa.
Raine, who rose to global prominence through Maverick City Music before establishing her solo ministry, led worship through some of her popular songs including Journey, Cover the Earth, The Gift and Jesus Over Everything, with the audience singing along joyfully.
Galberth, a worship pastor and recording artiste, ministered through songs drawn from projects such as Decrease, Encounter and Greater, as well as fan favourites Lord You Are Good and Better Than Good.
Thompson also delivered a powerful set, leading worshippers through songs such as Holy Spirit Come Down and Lord You Came to My Rescue.
South African broadcaster and media personality Thandekiso Rorisang, who hosted the concert, guided the audience through moments of prayer and worship, leading sing-alongs including Our God Is Champion and Siyabonga.
At one point, she asked for all musical instruments to be silenced as the congregation united in deep worship.
As the night ended, the congregation left the auditorium with a deep sense of spiritual fulfilment, sharing lively conversations as they made their way to the car park.
