Approval of migration of Old Mutual's listing from the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange ("ZSE") to the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange ("VFEX")

This follows the announcement made by Old Mutual on 10 July 2026 about the planned move of Old Mutual's secondary listing in Zimbabwe from the ZSE to the VFEX (the Migration). Old Mutual is pleased to confirm that the Migration has been approved by the relevant exchanges and regulators. Trading in Old Mutual shares on the VFEX will begin on Wednesday, 12 August 2026.

Jurie Strydom, Group Chief Executive Officer, Old Mutual Limited: "The successful completion of this migration marks an important milestone for Old Mutual and our shareholders on our Zimbabwean share register. Throughout this process, our focus has been on achieving an orderly and transparent outcome for these shareholders. Old Mutual remains a diversified pan-African financial services business with a strong foundation and a long-term focus on delivering value to all stakeholders."

Sam Matsekete, Chief Executive Officer, Old Mutual Zimbabwe: "The successful completion of our migration to the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange is a significant milestone for Old Mutual. We appreciate the constructive engagement and support from the Government and all stakeholders who have contributed to this outcome. We remain committed to playing our part in the continued development of strong and sustainable financial and capital markets."

Shareholders should note that the opening price for Old Mutual shares on the VFEX will be determined by the market on the first day of trading. The VFEX will not apply its usual trading price limits on the first trading day, so the starting price will be shaped entirely by the bids and offers placed through its trading system. In other words, the first trades will determine at what price the share begins trading, rather than a fixed reference price. line with the VFEX's usual trading mechanics, normal trading limits of 20% of the previous day's closing price will be applied from commencement of trade on the second trading day and thereafter
