Popularly known as KK, Gonese, who is in his 70s, went missing on Saturday after catching a lift from Seke Road to Kilwinning, a family member told NewsDay.

Former Harare Polytechnic lecturer, Kudakwashe Gonese has gone missing, his family said this morning.

Popularly known as KK, Gonese, who is in his 70s, went missing on Saturday after catching a lift from Seke Road to Kilwinning, a family member told NewsDay.

He was last seen in the Cranborne/Hatfield areas wearing a maroon shirt, black trousers and brown cowboy hat.

Other sightings were reported at the Queensdale shops on Sunday and later at Mukuvisi Woodlands and Chadcombe.

Gonese spent decades as a lecturer in the Department of Mass Communication (Dimco) of Harare Polytechnic before retiring at the turn of the millennium.
