Dynamos FC will be without one of the Castle Lager Premier Soccer League's most potent forwards when Matchday 13 kicks off.
Ghanaian striker Frank Agyemang, currently sitting fifth in the race for the golden boot with four goals, is part of seven-player suspension list that is set to cause selection headaches across six clubs.
For a Dynamos side already grappling with a confidence crisis, the timing of Agyemang's ban is deeply inconvenient.
DeMbare are scheduled to host Triangle United FC at Rufaro Stadium this Sunday, and they will have to do so without their main attacking outlet.
Agyemang is Dynamos' second top striker after Jairos Kasondo who has found the net six times.
And in their midweek 2 - all draw with Herentals, Agyemang was in inspired form netting a goal in just 17 seconds and providing an assist for the second one early in the second half.
The Glamour Boys have endured a torrid recent run, managing just one point from their last three outings. This sequence of two defeats and a draw has dragged them down to seventh place on the log.
With their season threatening to unravel, the last thing they needed was to be deprived of a forward who has contributed four league goals and remains the most reliable source of threat in a struggling side.

Agyemang’s suspension means the technical bench must find a way to unlock the Sugar Sugar Boys' defense without their top scorer—a puzzle that will test the depth of a squad already under intense scrutiny from the Rufaro faithful.
While Agyemang's absence is the talking point in Harare, the full Matchday 13 suspension list reveals a much wider set of problems spreading across the league.
Unbeaten Ngezi Platinum Stars FC are arguably the most severely disrupted of all the affected clubs, losing two players in one fell swoop. Both Nisbert Muzenda and Leslie Kashitigu are ruled out, handing the Mhondoro outfit's technical team a significant selection crisis.
Simultaneously losing two players of note during a period when every point carries enormous weight makes the situation considerably worse.
Title contenders MWOS FC are also dealt an unwanted blow, with Tinotenda Mutyambizi serving a ban at precisely the stage of the season when they need every available player. As one of the sides expected to mount a serious challenge for championship honours, any disruption to their settled plans is a major concern.
Simba Bhora FC lose goalkeeper William Thole, while TelOne FC must do without exciting young player Calvin Chigara.
Manica Diamonds FC round off the list with the suspension of Charles Teguru, leaving the Mutare-based side similarly forced to reorganise.
The common thread across these six clubs is the unforgiving nature of a long and demanding league season, where yellow card accumulations and moments of indiscipline inevitably catch up with squads at the worst possible moments
