The remains of 29 Zimbabweans,  part of 44 Zimbabweans and Malawians who perished in a bus accident outside Makhado, formerly Louis Tritchadt , have arrived at the Beitbridge Border Post en-route to their respective homes.

The remains of 29 Zimbabweans,  part of 44 Zimbabweans and Malawians who perished in a bus accident outside Makhado, formerly Louis Tritchadt , have arrived at the Beitbridge Border Post en-route to their respective homes.

They arrived in hearses hired by the Government, which is funding the repatriation and burial of the deceased. 

Government is also paying all the hospital bills of the injured, some who have since been discharged.

The hearses arrived at the borderpost just after 5pm.
