BY VARAIDZO MUDEWAIRI Information, Publicity and Broadcasting Services Minister Monica Mutsvangwa has sent a message of condolence following the death of former top civil servant, Bradah Silvester Maunganidze who passed away on Sunday.

In a statement, Mutsvangwa described Maunganidze as an advisor who was involved in a number of community related activities as well as being a board member of various organisations like Agricultural Rural Development Authority (ARDA), Helpage Zimbabwe, and the Great Zimbabwe University (GZU).
