Magistrate Kuwanda ruled that while he might have committed the offence the State failed to prove its case due to inconsistence evidence.

By Desmond Chingarande  Former Dynamos Football Club legend Stanley Chirambadare who was accused of sodomizing a 13-year old boy has been found not guilty by Harare magistrate Themba Kuwanda after a full trial.

Magistrate Kuwanda ruled that while he might have committed the offence the State failed to prove its case due to inconsistence evidence.

Kuwanda further ruled that the doctor’s report was inconclusive and evidence by witnesses was contradictory.
