Newsflash: Police boss Chihuri collapses

Police Commissioner-General Augustine Chihuri on Thursday collapsed while President Robert Mugabe was inspecting a guard of honour at a police passout parade held at Morris Depot in Harare.

Chihuri had to be carried away on a stretcher.

It took paramedics about thirty minutes attending to him before he returned to the parade.

    ZRP Commissioner General Augustine Chihuri collapsed early this afternoon during a police graduation parade at Morris Depot.
    Comm-Gen Chihuri was attended to by Dr Douglas Mombeshora who is also minister of lands before he returned to the podium after about 20 minutes.
    Speaking in an interview after the graduation ceremony Comm-Gen Chihuri apologised to President Mugabe fellow service chiefs, ZRP officers and the nation at large for the mishap.

    It emerged from very close sources that Chihuri’s “collapse” was stage managed by ZANU Pf to prove that Mugabe is still fit and stronger than what people think. Chihuri was instructed to play the act at a parade at Morris Depot in Harare. Asked about how the drama happened, the commissioner general attributed the cause to mixing up of shoes(Banana Style). He went on to say the other shoe was bigger than the other which prevented blood circulation. He also said the other shoe was newer than the other! He also had a Mugabe iron fist T Shirt inside. So embarassing how these guntas continue to shield Mugabe’s health condition.
