Pamuzinda Highway X-scape Big things are happening this weekend at the popular outdoor entertainment joint. The fun opens tonight with DJs Mukanya, Tuff and Flabba on the decks with all the favourites from old school and the latest in R&B and soul. On Saturday Oliver Mtukudzi and the Black Spirits, Sulumani Chimbetu and Munya Mataruse take to the stage in a high-energy show that starts in the afternoon. Sunday is the family weekend wind-downer with DJs Munya 777, Mukanya and Tuff. Ajigija and jumping castle will be on hand for kids.

Club Amnesia UK-based Zimbabwean DJ Kivo Santana born Kelvin Cornelius Makanza is in Zimbabwe for a series of shows around the country. A welcome gig will be held for him tomorrow at Club Amnesia. There will be a combined birthday party for Tapiwa Bvumbe and Jackie Hungwe.

Harare Gardens Man-of-the-moment Leonard Zhakata stages a family show at Harare Gardens tomorrow afternoon. The show will be a combination of diverse music genres that will also feature Mercy Mutsvene, Stunner and Tryson Chimbetu.

Fusion Tonight the bar will host a “Black and White Party” with revellers expected to dress in black and white. DJs Dee Nosh and L-Roy will be on the decks.

Lime Café Located at the Rolf Valley, Lime Café will tonight present a Friday Night Experience event. DJs T-Bass and P-Styles will be on the decks.

Stars Nite Club Tomorrow, the club will host a “How low can you wear” party with DJs Dee Nosh and L Roy on the decks. A lot of prizes will be given away for revellers who will attend dressed the “lowest”.

BULAWAYO

Bulawayo Theatre Comedian, Ntandoyenkosi “The General” Moyo presents his show tonight at 6pm titled “All That Nonsense”. Hip-hop dance group, Break Equation will also perform. House music DJ Djembe Monks will provide the music.

Bar Labala Tomorrow evening, veteran South African house music DJ Fresh performs at the venue. He is a household name and needs no introduction.

Cry Mantengwane (Gwanda) Tonight, all-female dance group Green Gardens take to the dance floor at 7pm featuring DJ Beats. It will be a National Youth Games pre-party.

Sports 747 Tomorrow afternoon starting at 3pm, Emity Smooth plays fresh house music, R&B as well as hip-hop remixes at the open air place.

Wild Thing Action Bar (Victoria Falls) Joint DJs Mellow T and Eazy T at the venue that is located at the Kingdom Hotel tomorrow evening starting at 9pm for a “Beach Party”. They will play a mixed bag of music.

Mojo (BAC) Tomorrow evening, starting at 8pm, it is the Class of Tha 90s – join DJs Mark Vusani and Tony going back and forth in time with 90s sound featuring soul and R&B, with a touch of deep, vocal and ancestral house music sounds as well as the present day club anthems. All this under the theme: “Simplicity, Finesse and Maturity”.

Chimanimani Arts Festival (Chimanimani) A host of musicians, dancers and actors descend on the mountainous town for a three-day festival that will see various performances being staged on a number of stages at Chimanimani Town Centre. Musicians from Manicaland will lead the festival before hosting their counterparts from other parts of the country.
