The first leg of the Summer Series was held in the capital last weekend where players from the Northern Region clubs were selected to feature in the Northern Region select side.
According to the new format of the tournament announced recently, the two regional sides will then play each other on February 23 and March 2 in matches that will be used to select squads that will represent the nation at the Spar Zimbabwe international tournament.
In today’s tournament, hosts Gweru Sports Club will battle it out against Masvingo Titans, Zvishavane, Old Miltonians, Matabeleland Warriors, and Matabeleland Panthers.
