Ralph Mouchbahani, an lnternational Athletics Association Federation (IAAF) jumps expert will conduct the course from March 22-26.

In an interview yesterday, NAAZ president Tendai Tagara said he was happy that that they were making progress in the association and believed the high level course will help to improve the standard of the sport in the county.

“NAAZ in its endevour to improve the performance of athletes in the country is organising a high level course in high jump, long jump and triple jump. This course, which is first of its kind, will be conducted by a German IAAF expert,” he said.

“The course is in line with IAAF level three courses where coaches look at specific areas of specialisation. Because of limited numbers, we offered two places per provinces and 10 places to private schools and tertiary institutions.”
