Editor’s Response:
We appreciate the concerns raised by the MDC-T party, but wish to state that we will not be drawn into insults. We will not always publish favourable, but critical news articles.

However, we aim to be a listening media organisation that deals with and reflects the issues that mostly concern those we serve. Our desire is to create a conversation with Zimbabweans about the issues and enable maximum participation in the national discourse.
Therefore, we want to help Zimbabweans to talk to each other without fear or favour and, through robust engagement, help ensure a tolerant society by encouraging the celebration of our diversity.
We believe criticism should be based on solid facts. A cursory look at the three stories referred to by the
MDC-T clearly shows that they are well-sourced, and party spokesman Obert Gutu is speaking in two of them while Nelson Chamisa is quoted extensively in the lead story.
