POOR WORKMANSHIP… A Zesa transformer which collapsed after heavy rains in Damofalls, Ruwa, on Sunday blocking the road. The structure was negligently erected as there was no concrete base to support it. Incidents of electrocution frequently occur across the country as Zesa fails to either maintain or properly put up electrical structures.
