CELEBRATED gospel singer Dorcas Moyo is set to fly to the United Kingdom (UK) for her maiden performance at the One R Chord Gospel concerts.

The Mutare-based singer is scheduled to depart today courtesy of Y2K Entertainment Promotions who are the tour organisers.

Moyo has promised her fans a memorable and spirit-lifting experience at the three concerts where she will share the stage with compatriots Yeukai Washe, Caroline Muzhambi and Eleana Makombe.

The Bvudzi Rangu Ramera hitmaker will wind up her tour with a performance at the Salvation Army Church in Ramsons Ave, Conniburrow in Milton Keynes MK147BA on October 1 after other performances in the month of September.

“We are excited to be touring the United Kingdom and we are looking forward to giving our fans in the UK a special treat. I am highly elated and curious at the same time for l am setting my feet on unfamiliar territory,” she noted.

“This is our inaugural United Kingdom tour and we will leave no stone unturned in ensuring total satisfaction for our fans who have been yearning for us. I am extending my invitation to all my fans across the UK to come and meet us during this tour.”

Moyo confirmed that she was doing rehearsals ahead of the tour.

In a show of unity with other gospel singers, Moyo has collaborated with the likes of veteran singers Bethany Pasinawako Ngolomi and Blessing Shumba, among others.
