RISING gospel artiste Nyasha Muzhari will today release new song Glory to the King on his social media platforms (YouTube and Facebook) and iTunes page NYASHAMUZHARIMUSIC.

Muzhari told NewsDay Life & Style yesterday that the song was stirred from one of his morning singing sessions routines.

“I am a worship leader at The Family Covenant Church and normally every morning when l get ready for work I sing and one morning this song was ringing in my spirit so l started singing it over and over again. That is how the song Glory to the King came about,” he said.

Muzhari said the song is meant to praise God for all He does in people’s lives.

“The song is a very short praise chorus that glorifies God. I believe God is a father and normally fathers feel proud when they are praised and if you ask for anything after the praise you are most likely to receive it,” he said.

Muzhari said the recording of the song was made possible by fellow Harare based gospel singer Crescentia Sithole.

“I obtained a sponsor in Harare when I went with a friend Elizabeth Mthethwa to help on vocals and arrangements. After we had worked on a few songs with Mrs Sithole she offered to sponsor me to do a few songs. Therefore I owe the release of my song to her,” he said.

Muzhari said being a preacher’s kid he has always chosen to make worship a style adding that people must look forward to its release and subscribe to his channels.
