BINGA gospel artiste and leader of Cornerstone Fellowship International Church Elison “wa-Chulwa” Mudenda has groomed his eight- year-old daughter Sallie and she is set to release her first gospel song.

In an interview with NewsDay Life & Style, wa-Chulwa said his daughter had passion for music since the age of two.

“Sallie responded to a music call at a tender age of two, where she was found imitating one of Pastor Elias Musakwa’s song Handei Kudanga.

“So in following what his father is doing, my daughter is preparing to release her first song, a Tonga single track called Njila Mumoyo Wangu Jesu, (Jesus Came into My Heart),” he said.

“Sallie, at the age of seven, participated in my video of the song Elizina (This Name).

“The Elizina video is one of the best videos which was shot by Joseph Munsaka at one of the monuments of Binga sand beach.”

On the song, wa-Chulwa said, Sallie collaborated with the Voice of Live Crew.

“The song Njila Mumoyo Wangu is mainly dedicated to evangelism, prayer and discipleship programmes that I conduct across Matabeleland North province,” he said.

“As an artiste, my goal is to save all ages through music and preaching, so I have committed to work with all ages, small and old, in spreading the good news of Jesus Christ throughout Matabeleland province.”
