A 42-YEAR-OLD woman appeared before a Chivhu magistrate facing aggravated indecent assault charges after she forced a 14-year-old-boy to have sexual intercourse with her.
The woman (who could not be named to protect the minor) from Christiana Farm in Featherstone was not asked to plead when he appeared before Chivhu regional magistrate Fadzayi Mtombeni. She was remanded out of custody to August 20 2020 for trial.
It is the State’s case that on May 8, 2020 around 10am, the complainant, a Grade 7 pupil, was in a bush near his homestead looking for firewood with his two friends when he met the woman.
The accused approached the complainant and asked him to accompany her to her homestead.
Along the way, the accused dropped her firewood bundle, lowered her skirt and ordered the minor to be intimate with her.
The boy complied, but stopped after he experienced pain. The woman then slapped the boy accusing him of failing to satisfy her.
The boy fought back and managed to run away. He then narrated the ordeal to his grandmother.
