Matabeleland South provincial police spokesperson Inspector Philisani Ndebele confirmed the death which he said police were taking it as sudden death.
“I can confirm the incident and we are investigating a case of sudden death. The whereabouts of the deceased is not of our concern,” he said.
A source said Thebe’s death is linked to his love affair with Nyathi whose husband is in South Africa.
