The much-anticipated tour will start in Gwanda on November 27 and then proceed to Bulawayo’s Amphitheatre the following day.

Majalisa has never disappointed her fans, as she traditionally performs for an average of three hours non-stop.

Khuxman said he was happy to share the stage with a seasoned artiste of Majalisa’s calibre and thanked the organisers of the show for having faith in him and appreciating his talent.

“This is a big show and I am ready to rock Bulawayo. People should come in their numbers and get a chance to sample some of my tracks that are rocking the airwaves in various entertainment joints,” he said.

Khuxman is well known for his hit track, MaNcube, which gained popularity across the country before spreading to neighbouring South Africa.

Apart from singing, Khuxman has also produced music for a number of artistes because of his sought-after magic touch. With his vast experience in music, he is expected to spice up the night.

One of the show organisers, Phil Wakabikwa, said all was set for the gig.

“We will be giving Colleen Bawn and Bulawayo what they have been missing. Majalisa will be in the country a week before and will take part in some road shows. As organisers, we are saying all systems are in place,” he said.

The Akulalwa Ziyawa hit maker last performed in the country three years ago. She is also known most for her hit song MaAfrika, which became virtually an anthem in Southern Africa, at the peak of her music career.

Majalisa is bringing an entourage of artistes from her stable and these include Mpendulo, Silindile, Neo, Vuyelwa, Nickie, Ludwe and Gregory.
