The T-shirts that will be produced in all colours will be inscribed Team Tezvara, with the picture of Mudavanhu.

The designer, who declined to be named since he is still seeking permission from Tezvara, said the T-shirts would be on the market as soon as he got approval.

“As a creative designer, I thought it wise to come up with this idea of producing the T-shirts given the hype that Tezvara got after memes of him circulated on social media. To me he is a celebrity,” he said.

“The T-shirts are inscribed Team Tezvara and will be available in all colours.”

Speaking to NewsDay in Marondera recently, Mudavanhu brushed off claims that he had turned into a celebrity and said that putting on shorts was his style.

“I am not a celebrity and I do not have anything to do with that. Those who know me are not moved by my dressing. I am a busy man and I am not bothered by people who are misinterpreting this,” he said.

Mudavanhu became an overnight sensation after his pictures went viral on social media platforms.
