Young Sables lose, bow out

THE Zimbabwe Under-19 rugby side lost 27-20 to Kenya yesterday in a Confederation of African Rugby (CAR) Group A1 semi-final tier at the Hage Geigngob Stadium in Windhoek, Namibia, to bow out of the IRB World Junior Trophy.

Kenya led 22-5 at the break, adding an unconverted try in the second half before holding off a resurgent Zimbabwe side who scored three unconverted tries in the second half.
The Young Sables will now play the loser between Namibia and Tunisia.
