It appears that the Shandisa Chipo Chako singer has buried the hatchet with Artisan Studio Studios who recorded the 10 track-album. Munodawafa and Artisan Studio studios were once embroiled in bitter wrangle in 2012 on his fourth album Zvava Nezodzo after the recording company took long to release the album on the market.

Speaking to NewsDay, Munodawafa said the album will be launched in Harare before taking it to Kwekwe where he is now residing after his relocation from Masvingo.

“We are done with our forthcoming project Chikwata Chinokunda which I believe is going to be well received by our fans due to its content,” Munodawafa said.

Some of the songs that make up the album are title track Chikwata Chinokunda, Living Testimony, Zvapupu, Vimbiso and Ndimimoga among others.

Munodawafa hogged the limelight in 1998 with his debut album Mwari Anoona which carried a hit song Shandisa Chipo Chako which is a passionate plea to many physically challenged people to utilise their God-given talents.

Albums under Munodawafa’s belt are Mwari Anoona, Farai Munashe, Zvinouraya and Zvava Nezodzo.
