The album carries tracks like Tinopa Mbiri, Our God and the title song Hatibatike which he says is meant to tell the listener that with God nothing is impossible. “My theme song Hatibatike sends a message to people that when one has God in their life no evil can come their way.”

“I take inspiration from my spiritual father Emmanuel Makandiwa and to that some say I sing about prosperity.”

T-Nash said he has been singing since high school and has also done various singles in circular music. “I decided to turn to gospel hip hop so that I can capture the youth to listen to gospel music in a more youthful fashion,” he said.

The musician believes in chasing his dream despite challenges that hinder the progress of many upcoming musicians in the country like lack of support from successful artistes. “I am currently working on a video for the album and I am also working on a second album that is due in November this year,” he added.

He said his greatest inspiration was from listening to Gospel Rap artist Mudiwa Mutandwa’s music.

“I felt the urge to start singing after a friend of mine played Mudiwa’s music, I also pray that one day I will be able to work with him, Sabastian Magacha and Winky D,” he said.

T-Nash has done live performances at a United Family International Church concert and at the family gospel show in November 2013.
