09:17 -Judgement reserved,Court adjourned to the 31st of January.

09:14 – He arrives, all rise.

09:13 – Everyone is now seated, waiting for the prosecutor.

09:11 – Representatives from the church council arrive.

09:07 – The court orderly now vets journalists to make sure that there is only one representative from each media house as the court room is now full.

08:59 – The court orderly jokes again that she is also well dressed but now her shoes are killing her.

08:58 – The prosecutor is yet to arrive.

08:56 – The court orderly jokes with people in the court room telling them not to use muti as she will be the one to be affected for she is walking around a lot. She claims that she is already feeling sleepy.

08:49 – the mood in the court is slightly tense, with some of the wives biting nails, some reading the newspapers.

08:44 – Journalists, relatives and Gumbura’s wives wait inside the court-room for the prosecutor to arrive.

08:40 – Musasa Project representatives are among the interested parties who have come to witness the judgement.

8:33 – The court orderly vets the wives as some women were claiming to be his wives so they could get into the court room.

08:30 – More of Gumbura’s wives arrive – well dressed.
