THIS year’s edition of the Edgars Fashion Show Extravaganza ended on a high note over the weekend in the capital with a lucky customer, Lynette Magare from Masvingo, winning a five-day sponsored trip to Seychelles, various prizes and clothing vouchers.

Speaking on the sidelines of the show, Edgars marketing executive Rumbidzai Dzimba said the local fashion industry was experiencing a shift with customers also adapting to the changes.
“Fashion designers for the past years have been working hard for the fashion industry and it continues to experience growth,” Dzimba said.
“As fashion leaders, we invest in going beyond selling of clothes as we give back to our valued customers for their unwavering support.”
The fashion show showcased summer outfits from various designers with both female and male models entertaining customers and the public with well-choreographed sets.
“Such shows provide platforms for our customers to receive tips about how to dress in their favorite outfits,” Dzimba added.
The show was run from branch level with 25 lucky winners receiving Samsung Galaxy S4 minis and clothing vouchers among other prizes, before heading for the provincial draw and the grand draw respectively.
