City Sports Bar It’s the big party on Friday with DJ Zee aka The Cockpit Manager’s second anniversary at City Sports Bar. He plays alongside Lady Squanda and Lady B. Tomorrow wheel spinners DJs Stone and Costa take over. Sunday will see Tryson Chimbetu holding his last show at the venue this year. He will be supported by Attacking Supper Sounds and Banyana Bafana.

Sports Diner Sulumani Chimbetu takes to Sports Diner for his first show after his two-week United Kingdom tour. He is expected to have his second show in Harare after the tour at Wedza Spaceman in Glen Norah. He will be supported by Daiton Somanje.

Jazz 105 Tonight it’s the double bill at the venue featuring vocal master Alexio Kawara and David Hondoyedzomba. Hondoyedzomba returns to the same venue tomorrow night before making way for the “Sunday Match Madness” event to round up the weekend.

Musakanene Open Air Bar The high flying resident DJ Howard entertains party lovers tonight. The party intensifies with live sound from Beatrice- based Simon Mutambi and Cobra kings. Sunday will be a dance affair with Mthwakazi Dance Group.

Keg and Maiden DJs Banks, Vee and KB take turns on the turntables tonight. The trio presents a special quality of experience which has popularised the Rugby Bar. The party continues tomorrow with the same line up.

OTF It is the Christmas party for the less privileged tonight in Epworth where they will be presented with various donations. The party spills into Saturday where a cocktail of artistes will be performing. The artistes include the late Cephas Mashakada’s Muddy Face, Caleb Mudonhi, Portifer Mopo, James Nyamandi and Soul Born, among many others.

Takarangana Nightclub The Hatcliffe club hosts Douglas Chimbetu tonight. The young dendera crooner tomorrow travels to Mhangura for a gig at Youths Hall in Mhangura alongside Kapfupi. The duo go to Jongwe Tavern in Chinhoyi on Sunday for their last gig of the week.

Amphitheatre (Bulawayo) Tomorrow Alick Macheso will reunite with one of his oldest pals Rodreck Chomudhara at Amphitheatre. The combination takes the journey back to Harare on Sunday making a stop-over at Gweru Cathedral for another show.

Gokwe Centre (Gokwe) The entertainment-starved Midlands town comes to life tonight when a host of musicians take turns to entertain revellers at the Unity Gala. Alick Macheso, Sulumani Chimbetu, Jah Prayzah, Peter Moyo, Energy Mutodi, Tryson Chimbetu, Kapfupi, Agatha Murudzwa, Blessing Shumba, Roki and Sniper Storm will perform at the gala.

Chiedza Hall (Chinhoyi) Tonight Tryson Chimbetu plays at the venue where he will be supported by Daiton Somanje. The duo will play at Tangara Tavern in Chakari tomorrow.
