With closest rivals Power Masters falling 1-0 to ZPC in another fixture, it opened a good opportunity for Nesbert Saruchera’s men to extend their lead at the summit.
Veteran midfielder Lazarus Muhoni and Clarence Zimbawo scored a goal each to help the former Premiership side collect maximum points and march towards championship glory.
It was Muhoni’s 14th goal of the campaign.
Black Rhinos have now registered 18 wins from 26 matches in the campaign.
