The High Court of Zimbabwe has placed Time Security under provisional liquidation.
According to a Government Gazette issued last Friday, the High Court ruled: “Take notice that on Wednesday the 4th of July, 2012 the High Court at Harare issued an order for provisional liquidation of Time Security (Private Limited) and Cecil Madondo has been appointed provisional liquidator of the company.
“Any person who wishes to oppose the winding up of the company shall file a notice of opposition with the Registrar of the High Court at Harare on or before July 27 2012 and shall serve a copy of the notice on the applicant.”
