Nehanda Nyakasikana continued their impressive run in the Zimbabwe Netball Association league dismissing Mambas Queens 52-23 at Chikurubi Maximum Complex in Harare on Saturday.

The Harare side remains the only unbeaten team in the league with 22 points from 11 games. Last week, Nehanda handed Bulawayo rivals and defending league champions Railstars a 37-30 defeat at Raylton Sports Club in Bulawayo.

Last year, Nehanda narrowly lost the league to Railstars and are eager to reclaim the title from the only Bulawayo representatives in the national league.

ZDF Queens maintained third spot on the log table after beating Black Rhinos Queens 89-29 at Raylton Sports Club in Harare.

ZDF Queens are tied at 20 points with second-placed Tenax on top because of a superior goal difference, but were out of action this week.

It was a bad outing for Black Rhinos after only winning two out of the 11 games played to date. League newcomers Glow Petroleum lost 41-18 to Mashava in Mashava. Glow Petroleum were promoted into the league this year and seem to be finding the going tough with three wins in 11 games while Mashava have won seven and lost four games.

ZPC Hwange beat Hwange Colliery 45-27 in a berby.

Hwange Colliery have been struggling and have only collected four points with two wins from seven games.
