Venues (Receptions) The Royal Musasa This state-of-the-art architectural building is equipped with climate control, ensuring ambient temperatures throughout the year. Its setting speaks for itself as its surreal surroundings are lit up in the evening, showing off the magnificent msasa trees which give the venue its name and so much character.

This exclusive venue offers the prefect romantic atmosphere that any bride and groom could dream of. It is fully equipped with a professional kitchen and bar facilities. We also offer the best cuisine and professional service. This venue is completely separate from the main lodge area, ensuring privacy and exclusivity.
The pavilion Wild Geese Lodge boasts a magnificent thatched pavilion specifically designed to facilitate larger functions. This venue can accommodate 160 guests without marquees. We can accommodate larger weddings up to 1 000 people with the additions of marquees.
A hiring charge will be levied for each guest above 200. Wild Geese Lodge offers the complete package, without huge hiring costs.

Accommodation Wild Geese Lodge promises a charming and romantic retreat. Lodge accommodation incorporates nine spacious, elegantly appointed rooms including a suite room.
Each one is luxuriously decorated in its own urban safari style. All lodges boast en-suite bathrooms and shower; private veranda overlooking the lodge gardens and the game park; satellite television channels; tea and coffee facilities; daily room service; laundry and dry cleaning service; luxury king-size or twin accommodation.
Inclusive in the wedding package, we offer six guest lodges, including the honeymoon suite, which provides luxurious accommodation for 12 people sharing the night of wedding. Additional accommodation is available at a special concessionary room rate for wedding clients.
Please note these rooms are subject to availability. Room check-in is 12 noon and check-out time is 10am the next day.
A full English breakfast is inclusive in the package for the 12 guests the morning after the wedding. Normal breakfast charges will apply for any additional guests attending the breakfast.
Bar and waiter service Both The Royal Msasa and The Pavilion are equipped with bar facilities, tended by professionally trained bar personnel, to ensure efficient service of all your beverage requirements.
Closing times Last orders for the bar will be called at 1:00am and the bar and music will shut down at 01:30pm. All guests are required to leave the premises by 2am.
Generator In the event of a loss of power Wild Geese is equipped with a 100KVA back-up generator, which will ensure smooth running of the wedding.
