Wendall Parson and Vimbai Mutinhiri, Zimbabwe’s representatives in Big Brother Amplified (BBA) are both up for possible eviction from the house this week.

After surviving eight weeks without being nominated, Wendall will for the first time find out if he is popular or not among Africans while Vimbai, who has been up and saved twice by Africa, will also know where she stands after this Sunday’s eviction show.

Fortunately for the two Zimbabweans, they are not alone in the struggle as the rest of the Headsmates are also up for eviction excluding this week’s head of house, Vina (Nigeria), who decided to save and replace herself with Felicia (Malawi) instead.

Felicia was the only Heads-mate that was not nominated and Vina, as head of house, had an opportunity to make what the rest of the Heads-mates referred to as an “obvious” decision.

She seemed to be concerned with how Felicia would react because if she had to save herself, the only other Heads-mate she could put on the chopping block was Felicia.

Eventually, Vina decided to give herself a break by saving herself, as she has been up for eviction every week the Heads house nominated.

This means that Wendall and Vimbai will compete for Africa’s votes with Hanni (Ethiopia), Lomwe (Malawi), Millicent (Kenya), Sharon (Uganda) and Zeus (Botswana).

Voting has begun already and the housemates who receive the least number of votes will be evicted from the Heads house.

The more viewers vote for their favourite nominated housemate, the better their chance of staying in the house.

People can vote via sms by sending the word “vote” followed by the housemate’s name to Econet number 33334 or NetOne number 15626 at 50 cents per sms.

One can vote 100 times by sms through one number for each voting period.

To vote via the website, one can register on DStv Connect using the www.mnetafrica.com/bigbrother website.

Voting on the website or wapsite is absolutely free and one is allowed to vote once per hour during the voting period.

Should Big Brother follow the Tails eviction, two Heads-mates may be sent packing from BBA this Sunday as two people, Danny and Nic, were evicted from the Tails house last Sunday.
