My Dear People,
Isn’t it wonderful how the so-called second republic handles "feedback"?
Poor Jessie Majome was clearly overworking herself at the Zimbabwe Human Rights Commission, fussing over "democratic principles" and "accountability". It’s simply exhausting!
So, our visionary leader, wielding his Section 202 powers, has kindly "reassigned" her to the Public Service Commission—with immediate effect!
Who needs to protect constitutional safeguards when you can simply shuffle the person guarding them?
One minute you’re critiquing Amendment Bill No. 3, and the next, you’re finding a new desk at the PSC. True efficiency! Kikikikikiki

The missive by Mr Dustbin on microblogging site X, to justify the tearing apart of the country’s supreme law without going to a referendum, is a huge embarrassment.
Having pointed out publicly that extending the vapid leadership of the Scarfed One would need a referendum, the former justice minister has changed his tune dismissing the need for one to be held.
Such a volte face by such a senior legal practitioner is an indication how those in the party are willing to throw professionalism in the dustbin( no pun intended) in a shameful bid to extend the bankrupt leadership of the scarfed octogenarian.
Worse still Mr Trash Can’s racist attack on Doug Coltart for going to give his views against the decimation of the country’s supreme law has exposed the farcical nature of these public hearings on the scandalous amendments.

His revelation that 99, 9% of Zanu PF supporters were at the hearings in Harare clearly demonstrates that this was a charade meant to give the impression of the overwhelming popularity of Scarfmore.
That this ruinous party has had to threaten, beat and even abduct the many who are not so enamoured of the Scarfed one to create this impression, shows that they know that their leader is well past his sell by date and that he is as popular to the country’s citizens as pork is to Muslims.!!!

The ridiculous farce of these hearings was even exposed by one of the commissions set up by the regime.
The Zimbabwe Human Rights Commission did not mince their words pointing out that there had been controlled participation at various venues.
It noted that participants with divergent views were threatened, silenced or denied opportunities to contribute.
In an embarrassing expose of the naked bias of these so-called hearings, the commission observed that the conduct at the hearings interfered with rights of freedom of expression, human dignity and personal security.
The regime loudmouth, Nurse Nicky, unsurprisingly omitted these damning observations when writing about the commission’s findings on social media as if by not including them would make the criticism disappear kkkkk.
Surely Nurse Nicky should know by now that with the advent of social media such uncomfortable truths cannot be hidden from public scrutiny.
Gone are the days when information for the country’s citizens’ was limited to just the dross of propaganda by state hacks.
It just goes to show that the halls of power remains infested with dinosaurs of a bygone era.

The Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe has released the new notes of the funny money know as Zimbabwe Gold (ZiG) amid pomp and fanfare.

This is the second currency under to so called second repubric after the disastrous reintroduction of the Zimbabwe dollar which collapsed spectacularly in less than five years.
The attempt to legitimise the Zimdollar through baton sticks and arrests failed to save the doomed currency.
It is with this in mind that there is a huge dose of skepticism about this currency which cannot be used to buy fuel or secure a passport.
Moreso after the currency debuted with a depreciation of more than 40%wreaking havoc in the economy.
It is noteworthy that the introduction of these new notes, disguised as a game changer, is actually a corrective measure after the first batch of notes of this funny money was of poor quality and resembled cheap bond paper.
That there is so much brouhaha over a currency introduced nearly two years ago indicate the desperation by the monetary authorities for its acceptance.
The funny money rejected in several parts of the country, will never gain full acceptance as long as the regime does not accept it for all the country’s goods and services no matter how loud they shout from the rooftops of its effectiveness.
The fact that they are going to great lengths to vouch for the authenticity and buying power of this funny money only adds to the doubts the country’s citizens have after bearing the brunt of failed currencies introduced at 80 Samora Machel Avenue.

The Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission(Zacc) have put up a strong defence of its effectiveness as an institution that fights against graft.
This is after Transparency International ranked Zimbabwe number 157 out of 182 countries occupying a position as one of the most corrupt countries.
In its defence it pointed out that various officials have signed integrity pledges as if this would be a magic wand to stop sleaze.
I had a good laugh when it was suggested that it come up with its own dashboard to rate its performance away from the pesky scrutiny of independent organisations and their negative views.
It is difficult to convince the country’s citizens that Zacc are of any use when the prosecutor general revealed that billions of dollar are lost every year through corrupt activities.
It is difficult to sell the effectiveness of the likes of Zack when numerous cases of sleaze exposed by the auditor general gathers dust on shelves in various offices of the regime year after year.
A commission which at one time seemed to be more engrossed with teachers conducting extra lessons at a time the country is losing billions to gold smuggling is hardly grounds to convince Zimbabweans that Zacc is of any significance in the fight against draft.
Zacc would do well to remember that action speaks louder than words.
