ZARROW Aesthetics and IV Bar, a company that specialises in facials, body treatments and contouring, massages, pedicures and manicures among other tailor-made services, has hinted on new innovations and promotions as it seeks to entrench its position on the market.

The reputable, locally owned company is legally registered in Zimbabwe and owned by beauty and image building enthusiast Farai Beaular Munemo.

“Since our establishment in June 2021, our primary objective has been to deliver cutting-edge aesthetic skin and body treatments to individuals aged 18 years and above," Munemo said.

We are here to stay and we will continue to give our best in service to our valued and esteemed clients.

A woman is as beautiful and confident as she feels and we are investing in products and services that aid how women and all our clients feel. Every trade has its dynamics and associated risks but we are geared to give our all and last the distance.”

The company offers a whole range of services and have won the hearts of many thanks to their professionalism and consistency even in the face of adversity.

“We are operating in a generally challenging environment but that has not stopped our resolve. We believe we are a fast-rising market leader and we want to build a legacy brand that sustains beyond the founder," Munemo said.

We are building a professional enterprise not some fly-by-night hustle," Munemo said.”

With their premises domiciled at a comely location in Greendale, Harare; Munemo said they are attracting the right clientele who have become de-facto brand ambassadors for their business.

“We believe every job that comes our way is a good opportunity to showcase our pedigree and prove our mettle even in the face of widespread competition from other players," she added.

"We boast of unparalleled customer experience and we will continue aspiring to be the best and giving the best service possible.

"We are certain there will be challenges along the way, but we will continue to reinvent in sync with obtaining trends while respecting the feedback from the market.”

Of their services, Munemo said they were as broad as possible and draw their inspiration from giving the best service possible on the market.

“We offer an extensive range of services, including state-of-the-art skin renewal treatments as well as non-invasive body contouring procedures, laser treatments, and rejuvenating facials and massages," she said.

"Our utmost satisfaction lies in achieving exceptional outcomes for our esteemed clients. We are dedicated to eliminating any beauty-related concerns or obstacles that may hinder our clients from reaching their desired goals.”

Responding to associated risks of the trade given that skin and treatments are delicate, Munemo said they have always trodden carefully but hinted there are instances when things can go wrong but professionalism counts at the end of the day.

“Skin and body treatment is a delicate undertaking with associated risk depending on how a client’s skin may react to the agreed procedures but we have always fought to give the best service possible.

We, however try to apply due diligence so that we minimize risk. We have had unfortunate incidents with clients and given how we all value our skin and looks; things can go out of hand. In all this we continue to respect our clients and explore the best ways possible to seek recourse,” she said.

As the year draws to an end, the affable businesswoman said her company was exploring exciting promotions to reward their clients and make their services more affordable to all.

“We believe the customer is king and we must at all times aspire to give them the best deals and experience possible. This festive season we are lining up some amazing promotions to give our clients the affordable products and services.

"We must look and feel good especially at a time we are celebrating the season of giving. We are giving away some quality services and promotions for the benefit of our clients,” Munemo said.

The company also hinted on some charity donations under the annual Brands that Care drive.

“The bible says giving to the needy is a loan to God and he in turn will reward you accordingly. We are therefore joining the annual Brands that Care Christmas Cheer at a home in Stoneridge, Harare.

"We will be donating a consortium of both food and non-food relief items to the home which houses over 20 kids. The hope is that we continue giving more as God blesses us,” Munemo said.
