Goldswift CEO joins Zimbabwe CEO Network board

Goldswift Construction chief executive officer, Budwell Nziramasanga, has been elected to the board of the Zimbabwe CEO Network, joining a distinguished group of business leaders recognised for their contribution to Zimbabwe's corporate landscape.

His election was announced following the recent Leadership Conference held in Victoria Falls, where leading executives from across the country gathered to discuss leadership, innovation, and sustainable business growth.

Nziramasanga's appointment is widely seen as recognition of his consistent leadership, professionalism, and success in building Goldswift Construction into one of Zimbabwe's reputable construction companies.

Nziramasanga said the appointment was both an honour and a responsibility to contribute to the advancement of ethical and transformative leadership in Zimbabwe's business sector.

Over the past decade, he has steered Goldswift Construction through a challenging economic environment while maintaining a strong focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Founded in 2015, the company is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, marking a significant milestone in a journey that has seen it grow into a trusted provider of construction and housing solutions.

Nziramasanga said the company's success has been driven by a commitment to professionalism and a desire to provide reliable construction services that give clients confidence and value.

"We are not in construction to make numbers but are motivated by a desire to bring professionalism and peace of mind to home seekers and all those in need of durable and rewarding business structures," he said.

Under his leadership, Goldswift Construction has invested heavily in modern construction technologies and skills development, ensuring that its workforce remains abreast of global industry trends.

"We believe quality has no substitute and we deliberately undertake regular in-house training to keep our team updated with global trends," Nziramasanga said.

His election to the Zimbabwe CEO Network board comes at a time when the company is expanding its contribution to national development through affordable housing initiatives aligned with the government's vision of providing housing for all Zimbabweans.

Beyond business, Nziramasanga has also championed community development programmes, including educational support initiatives for disadvantaged children.

Goldswift Construction operations director, Thandiwe Nziramasanga, said the company's growth has been anchored on a customer-first philosophy.

"At Goldswift Construction, we place the needs of customers at the centre of our business activities," she said.
