Renowned Zimbabwean preacher and founder of the Grace Abound Church Prophet Effort Vakai Maposa was among thousands of Christians from around the world who gathered at the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) in Lagos, Nigeria, for the fifth anniversary commemoration of the late pastor and televangelist Temitope Balogun Joshua, popularly known as Prophet T B Joshua.
Held annually on June 5, the event celebrates the life, ministry and enduring legacy of Prophet T B Joshua, whose influence continues to inspire millions across the globe.
This year's commemoration was held under the theme, "Rejoicing With Saints," in honour of a servant of God now counted among the saints.
The gathering attracted worshippers, ministers and followers from different nations who came to pay tribute to the renowned televangelist and reflect on his impact on the body of Christ.
Speaking from Lagos, Prophet Maposa described T B Joshua as a spiritual father whose ministry played a pivotal role in shaping his Christian journey.
"I am here in Lagos, Nigeria, at the Synagogue Church of All Nations to join other Christians who were positively impacted by the ministry of Prophet T B Joshua,” said Prophet Maposa.
“To me, he is a man who led me to Christ, and as such, he remains a father of faith.
“There is no Prophet E V Maposa without Prophet T B Joshua.”
Prophet Maposa said the late SCOAN founder's teachings, humility and commitment to winning souls continue to inspire ministers and believers worldwide.

He urged Christians to preserve and promote the values that Prophet T B Joshua stood for, including faith, love, service and compassion.
The anniversary commemoration featured prayers, worship sessions, testimonies and reflections on the life and ministry of the late prophet, whose legacy continues to resonate across generations and nations.
