PSMAS bosses remanded in custody

The duo are facing four counts of theft and contravening sections of public funds and finances act

PUBLIC Service Medical Aid Society Board Chairperson Wellington Tutisa and his deputy Cecilia Alexander were remanded in custody to Tuesday on charges of theft involving millions of dollars of public funds.

Tutisa (54) and Alexander (55) appeared before magistrate Stanford Mambanje on Friday.

The complainant is PSMAS.
