Pengaudzoke frontman Faheem Somanje and his uncle Josphat Somanje have joined hands through releasing a video for the yesteryear hit Zvibate Pamhaka.
The duo are also working on a new track to be released next month.
The union has raised hopes among Penga music lovers that the Somanje family will work together again.
Faheem told this paper yesterday that all is well within the Somanje camp.
“We did a video for the song Zvibate Pamhaka together, it went well. We are now planning a collabo to be released soon,” Faheem said.
The hit track Zvibate Pamhaka made waves in the late 80s and early 90s, and undoubtedly catapulted Pengaudzoke to fame.
Pengaudzoke was being led by the late Daiton and his younger brother Josphat.

The brothers released a number of successful albums until the new millenium when they released the album Tsaona.
A feud between Daiton and Josphat resulted in a split with the later forming Somanje Stars while the former remained with Pengaudzoke.
After the death of Daiton, his son Faheem took over Pengaudzoke and was assisted by Marondera music promoter Daniel Masaiti and sungura ace Alick Macheso to record his first album Nhaka.
