TRIANGLE failed to make home advantage count playing out a draw against Chicken Inn in a Castle Lager Premier Soccer League match played at Gibbo Stadium yesterday.

The home side came into the match oozing with confidence after their 2-1 win against Bulawayo Chiefs in their last league match. Triangle started the match on a slow note as the visitors surged ahead in the 9th minute through George Majika.

The home side had to wait for the second half to cancel Majika’s early goal and it came through a penalty in the 67th minute and Marvelous Mukumba converted from the spot.

Triangle assistant coach Biggie Zuze said his team had fluffed many chances, but believes they will bounce back in their next league match against ZPC Kariba.
