Castle Lager Premier Soccer League returnees Buffaloes have appointed Saul Chaminuka as their new head coach.

The former Masvingo United gaffer assumed his new position yesterday at the Mutare army side’s morning training session at the Pavilion Grounds.

Team spokesperson Tendai Chitowa confirmed the new development to NewsDay Sport, adding that Shadreck Magurasave, who led Buffaloes into top-flight football, becomes the first assistant and Sicho Masachi becomes the second assistant.

“We are looking forward to a good working relationship with Chaminuka since he is an experienced coach and holds the Level Four coaching licence,” he said.
