ZIMBABWE Women Premier Soccer League defending champions Herentals Queens have retained the services of Faith Drive duo Morelife Nyagumbo and Bethel Kondo for the 2026 season which kicks off today.

The two joined the Students midway through last season and were part of Herentals’ African Safari campaign.

“Morelife and Bethel came in and settled quickly. They justified their place last season and deserve another dance with the champions,” Herentals Queens team manager Shylet Chikonyora told NewsDay Sport.

Having impressed on debut, the pair have been handed new deals as the Students chase a third straight league title.

Chikonyora confirmed the arrival of Dee Winnie Mapuwa from Legends Academy.

“We did not want to be complacent,” she added.
