HARARE magistrate Gideon Ruvetsa will this Friday pass judgment in a case where Nesango hitmaker, Clive Malunga is facing charges of malicious damage to property and stealing three mobile phones from a tenant whom he evicted for not paying rentals.

Malunga (57), however, had denied the charges saying his former tenant, Sharon Chinoputsa, wanted to fix him after he ordered her to vacate his premises since she was not paying rent.
Allegations are that on May 8 this year, Malunga went to his house at Number 63 Harare Drive and moved Chinoputsa’s property out of the yard in her absence.
It is alleged that Malunga damaged Chinoputsa’s washing machine, food processor, eight water glasses, four bowls and six dinner plates in the process.
Chinoputsa allegedly discovered that two Samsung Galaxy 3 tablets, a Vodafone cellphone and car keys were missing and filed a police report.
