Good news from the land of 20-something: Bruno Mars has dropped $3,254 million on a home on Los Angeles’ famed Mullholland Drive. According to The Real Estalker, the property was scooped up for $1,235 million last may by sellers who turned around and flipped the stunning modern home for a handsome profit.

They listed it and the pop star/producer, acting under the name of a private trust, bought it three weeks later. Inside the “magazine worthy” home, as the brokerbabble describes it, are retractable floor-to-ceiling glass walls, Swarovski light fixtures, Miele appliances, radiant-floor heating, and a “steam shower for at least 2” (whew!).

Outside there’s a motor court formed by 12-foot-tall calcutta marble colums, parking for 10, and a pool out back offering sweet, sweet views. Yep, sounds about right for a 26-year-old worth $15 million.
