MASVINGO — TN Grill and Mart, a subsidiary of TN bank, has spread its wings to Masvingo as it is in the process of opening a food court, setting the pace for cut-throat competition with existing players.

Report by Tatenda Chitagu

TN Holdings group chief counsel Dominic Musengi told NewsDay Business that the food court would be open by the end of May after the renovations.

“Subject to licencing and other procedures, we will open end of May. “We will have a fast-food outlet, a mart, as well as a confectionery,” he said.

Musengi said they were lured into Masvingo because it was an economic hub.

“We identified Masvingo as a good market, strategically located with lots of traffic to and from South Africa,” he said.

He said they were not afraid of competition from existing players as they offer “something different”.

TN Grill and Mart also plans to enter the Lowveld market in Chiredzi.
