Two of the MDC-T activists who were on Thursday acquitted of the murder of a police officer in Harare’s Glen View suburb said their unjust detention had emboldened them to continue with the struggle for democratic rule in Zimbabwe.
The two Lovemore Taruvinga Magaya (36) and Linda Musiyanhanje (30) said as correctly observed by Justice Bhunu ruling on their request at the close of the states’ case they had given the police their alibis which could be corroborated but they were still taken to court.
